I graduated in 2013 from the Ida P. Rolf Institute in Boulder, CO. I became a Rolfer because I loved how it made me feel and wanted to share this with others. A common comment after a Rolfing session is that the client feels lighter. For me, this was not just a physical sense but mental also, an overall sense of lighter, freer, and more optimistic. It shifted my perspective at a crucial time in my life.
I restarted my practice in Savannah in September, 2018. I previously worked in Valdosta and Albany, GA. I enjoy being active outdoors, yoga, reading, writing, and traveling.
